HARDWARE MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT
- We offer regular warranty on all products. After the expiry of warranty, annual maintenance contracts are provided. We offer regular services and complete maintenance and repair through our trained hardware engineers. We have people trained by TALLYGENICOM (Printronix), DASCOM-TALLY, HP, INTEL & BIRCH.
- Outside Karachi, services and support are provided through our authorized service and support points in Lahore, Rawalpindi/Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta and Multan. Repairs at board level are available at Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. Coordinating services are also available through our dealers in Hyderabad, Faisalabad, Sialkot and Abbottabad. We support more than 45+ Cities in Pakistan.
SOFTWARE
- We do not offer customized software development directly but all software requirements are referred to our software consultants. We have several attached with us, which include national and multi-national companies like Mazars Consulting and Bearing Point Pakistan.
SYSTEMS INTEGRATION & NETWORK INSTALLATION
- We also offer total solutions of system integration and Network Installation. We have personnel trained in MS Windows Server, Exchange Server, etc. as well as AMP for system and cabling setup. Expertise is also available through us for LINUX based environments.
